Bangor Savings Bank has partnered with Sutherland Weston for the past five years to bring its annual sales rally to life. The challenge? Deliver content that’s not only fresh and engaging, but also deeply aligned with each year’s unique theme—and keeps raising the bar.
From new video ideas to personalized touches and event flow logistics, the expectation has never been “just make it work”—it’s always been “make it memorable.”
Objectives

- Ensure every year feels new, but unmistakably “BSB”
The Strategy
Each year begins with a theme. And from that theme, our team works with the Bank’s internal planning committee to build an experience.
We start by diving into Bangor Savings Bank’s biggest milestones, employee success stories, and team achievements from the past year. Then we shape those into emotionally compelling videos celebrating what matters most: the people.
We produce an opening video that sets the tone and a closing video that ties it all together, leaving the team energized and proud. Beyond the screen, we coordinate background music, transitions, and employee-selected playlists for breaks, adding fun and familiarity throughout the day.
But our work doesn’t stop with content. We also work to create the run-of-show, collaborating with internal event staff and on-site AV teams to make sure every moment hits on time and with impact.
Across 3 to 4 months each year, we help transform a routine corporate event into something the team looks forward to, participates in, and talks about long after the last applause.
