How We Use Artificial Intelligence

AI supports our process, but it does not replace our judgment. Every deliverable that leaves our agency has been reviewed by the person who produced it and by the account lead responsible for the overall client relationship, just like always.

The tools we use on client work are approved through an internal evaluation process, and not every tool a team member finds interesting makes it into client deliverables. We look at data handling, vendor credibility, and whether the tool actually adds something to the work we are doing, either enabling a new level of excellence or efficiency.  We don’t compromise on either.

We work exclusively on paid or enterprise-tier platforms that keep client information out of public model training data. Client financial information is never entered into any AI tool. Confidential information is treated exactly as it was before these tools existed.

If you have questions about how we’re using AI, we’ll answer them directly. If a client prefers we work without these tools on their behalf, we honor that.

We’re not evangelists for AI, nor are we skeptics. We’re a team that holds its work to a consistent standard and uses every resource available to meet it.
